Lush is a dangerous place for me to be. There's always so many lovely things, everything smells divine and just the whole concept of that store, it gets me every time. This time I went in to have a little look around for Christmas presents and such and came home with a whole bag of bath time goodies just for myself - what can I say, you gotta treat yourself sometimes eh? I wanted to try new things that I've never bought before, so I got four new to me bath products - some from their festive collection and some of their usual stock.

Festive (Yankee) Candle Haul | Blogmas Day 15

Scented candles are a stable around my house at all times of the year but there's something about winter time and Christmas especially, that makes me want to light ALL the scented candles! Nothing more cosy than a cold and dark winter night snuggled up on the couch with a good book and your favourite candle on! As you probably know by now, I've moved into a looooovely new flat in the summer where I have a lot more space for candles and such so naturally I took a trip into town and smelled my way through the candle counters of Karstadt department store and others. Here's what I got.

H&M Beauty | First Impressions

Hi guys! Today I wanted to share my thoughts on some of the products from H&M's new beauty range that I picked up a couple of weeks ago. I've thoroughly tested the few products I chose, which are a nail polish, a single eye shadow and a lip stain (well and nail polish remover as you can see from the photo above but nothing much is to say about that except that it does it's job, is cheap and acetone free ;) ) I also desperately wanted to try one of their matte lipsticks simply because I'm a sucker for matte lipsticks and am still on the hunt for a berry/deep purple winter shade in a matte formula that preferably comes without the MAC price tag.. but however often I had a look into the beauty section there weren't any around, which is a bit disappointing.. but I haven't given up hope on it yet! But enough of that.. here's what I thought about the products I did get :)

My MAC Lipstick Collection

So last week when I went into a MAC store and came out with another two new lip product purchases I just really felt like sharing my growing collection of MAC lippies with you guys. I'm finding it harder and harder to resist buying ALL the matte lipsticks in there! My collection is also mainly made up of their matte formula lipsticks as (for me anyway) a 15£ rouge à lèvres is a bit of a splurgey item and therefore has to be better than anything I can get at the drugstore. And the MAC matte formula really is the best! I find even their bold colours to be so incredibly long lasting and smudge proof that I'm willing to invest haha! ;) That being said I also own a Lustre and a Cremesheen finish lipstick and a lipliner that'll make a quick appearance in this post as well.

Monica Vinader | Siren Stacking Ring

I had my eye the Monica Vinader ring collection for quite a while now umming and ahhing whether to get one or not. As you can see, I have made my decision now ;-) I wanted one of the Siren stacking rings but was torn between getting the Labradorite one or the Moonstone one or even maybe the Aquamarine one.. it was a real struggle. I went for the Labradorite in the end because I thought it's the most 'me'.

Homeware Haul { + Cheeky Kanelbulle }

If you follow me on twitter (which you can do here) you might know that I spent Thursday roaming around IKEA and other furniture and homeware shops because after my recent mega spring clean I felt like getting some new bits and bobs for around the house. As always when I go to IKEA I can't leave the place without heading to the Swedish food shop and get a pack of the 'kanelbulle' or cinnamon swirls as they are so darn good and my own attempts of making them never fail to disappoint. Skincare Haul | Origins

No, you're eyes aren't playing tricks on you! It's true! It's real! I'm alive and posting! I'm so sorry for the long silence on here but I've been super busy with uni this last month and didn't really find much time for blogging let alone find the inspiration for a blog post as I've literally been sat at my desk studying all day everyday surgically attached to scripts and books and all sorts of revision material, leaving the house only for the most necessary of errands. But the semester is almost over, most of my exams are done and dusted and things are (ever so slightly) looking up again. Exam period for me means lots of online shopping to cheer myself up and so today I thought I'd show you my little Origins skincare haul.

Sephora Italy Haul

It's time for yet another haul on this blog! It must seem like I never stop shopping seeing that there have been quite a few hauls and product reviews up recently! I promise however that this is not the case, I just recently been to Italy and when we went to Verona and I set eyes on a Sephora store (we don't have them where I live..) I just had to go in right? The thing with Sephora is that you don't just go in - NO - you go in, spend ages in there looking at absolutely everything, pick up a few things and spend quite a bit of money in the end. But you already knew that didn't you? I've been in town with my brother that day and he thought I'd never ever leave the shop again.. oooops. Anyway, enough of the rambling I just thought I'd show you what I got.

Twinings Tea Haul + Teapigs

Hello you lovely lot! If you read my last London Diaries post you'll know that I went a bit wild at Twinings the other day. For all of you tea lovers out there I thought it'd be nice to share what I got and how I like it. I also got a pack of the much talked about Teapigs liquorice and peppermint tea, which I was dying to try ever since I heard Estée from Essiebutton talk about it in several of her vlogs. So I'm just gonna add this in here even though it's not from Twinings because I did pick it up on the same trip to London recently!
