Huge Collective Haul

Wednesday, April 01, 2015

I haven't done many hauls on this blog but lately I have felt veeeery spendy so I thought why not share my purchases of the last couple of weeks. Like I said, this has been accumulated over a few weeks and I didn't just buy all of this in one trip into town (see how I'm trying to justify already?). So enough talking here's what I got:

So I went to Lush because I ran out of my all time favourite shower gel 'Flying Fox', which is the It smells divine and always picks me up when I feel a bit under the weather so I always have to have a bottle of this in my shower. Obviously I couldn't just walk past their Easter stuff so I got the Hoppity Poppity bath bomb which I'm extremely excited to use it in my bath this weekend.
I also got a new bottle of the Nivea in-shower body lotion because it just makes life a whole lot easier. I also got a new TangleTeezer as I lost my old one (very upsetting times). Another necessity: dry shampoo. I've never tried the batiste one but heard only good things about it so I'm having high hopes. And last but not least in the beauty department I had a little wander around Kiko and picked up one of their 3D instant volume lipglosses in the shade 203. I've already been wearing this last weekend and really liked it!

I finally found a dress to wear to my cousin's confirmation (church thing) in April after I've been looking for one for absolute ages. Admittedly I've been looking for something colourful but.. well.. black is the new black ya know.. I got this gorgeous number from VeroModa.

This lilac jumper with little cut-out details from Topshop is so pretty and cosy and just everything! I'm absolutely in love with it and the only consolation for the weather being so shitty is that I can still wear this lots :-)

From Only I picked up this lovely cardigan. Got nothing more to say about it except: preeettyyy

I ordered this beautiful edition of Peter Pan from Amazon the other day. Just look at the pretty rough cut pages! I'm such a sucker for pretty editions of books so I needed to get it, it was calling my name. Also Peter Pan has to be one of the best children's stories ever written..

And finally I got a new pair of summery white trainers. These are from Lacoste and not only are they pretty, they're also super comfy and work with jeans, shorts, skirts and dresses alike. They're the perfect pair.

So that's it, no more shopping for me for a while haha! Have you been feeling spendy lately? What have you bought? Leave me a comment to let me know.

  1. Great purchases! Does this Lush shower gel lather nicely? I tried one a few months ago, The Olive Branch it was called, and I didn't find it lathered at all! I want to switch over to more natural shower products but I want one im going to like! Thanks!

    1. I find it lathers sooo well, I didn't expect my first bottle of this to last me even half as long as it did! A little bit goes a long way here because it lathers so nicely. Make sure you like the smell of jasmine though before you pick up a bottle, as it smells really strongly of it (which I love) - so I can only recommend it and I hope it could be an alternative for you! :) xx

  2. I really adore the sight of that book! Loving all this stuff you got from your haul. <3 I really like your cardigan, too!

    1. Aw thanks Joanne! I still can't get over the prettiness of the rough cut haha :) xx
