My Favourite Youtube Workouts

Friday, February 20, 2015

Now I don't know about you but I can get quite lazy about going to the gym and find plenty of excuses why I can't or shouldn't go. That's why I love Youtube workouts, they're there whenever and wherever you need them and if the mood strikes you can just jump in your gym gear and go whereas going to the gym means driving there which again can be a reason for me to put it off. As I recently upped my fitness game a little and started working out more, I thought I'd share my favourite workout videos with you guys today! Now I don't only work with these, I still do go to the gym ever so often and I'm also looking forward to the snow and ice melting away outside so I can start going for regular runs again, I really missed them during the winter time and can't wait for the warmer weather (which unfortunately is still nowhere to be seen around Bavaria..)

So enough rambling, here's my 3 favourite workout channels:

FitnessBlender

You can find workouts for literally anything on the FitnessBlender channel! The exercises are easy to understand, everything's explained rather well and boy you will feel those muscles burn after 20 minutes with Daniel and Kelli! I find their workouts spot on and really effective and I especially love their abs workouts as well as all the HIIT videos they do!

Yoga With Adriene

I love this channel! And don't think because it's a yoga channel it will only be "omms" and sitting there concentrating on your breathing - it's not! While you can find yoga for stress relief and all sorts Adriene also does proper muscle building exercises that will make you get your sweat on!

Blogilates

Most of you will probably have heard of Cassey Ho's fitness channel before. But let me just repeat that it's amazing! There's workouts, there's ideas for clean eating and on the website you can even download workout plans for all your needs. What's not to like?

So these are my Top 3 fitness channels on Youtube! Do you have any to add? Leave me a comment and tell me about your favourite workout channels so I can have a look :-)

Love,
Jess x
