Monthly Goals: September

Friday, August 29, 2014

It's almost September already and it feels like August went by in the blink of an eye! So already it's time again to review last month's goals and share new aims for the next one with you guys!

AUGUST GOALS REVIEW:

  • I have fixed my bike early on this month so I could go on little cycling tours with friends and enjoy the summer. However only days after I fixed it, it broke again and I really really can't handle a bike that stressful haha. Time to get a new one me thinks.
  • I have also exercised more! I've been out running with either my brother or friends a lot more often and even though there's still a lot of room for improvement in this area I feel like I'm on the right track already and am really proud of how many miles I can go now without needing a break.
  • Nothing much happened on the holiday planning front. I think as it always seemed so far off being in the end of September and then again in the beginning of October I always thought there's plenty of time to do that later. However I'm going to London in less than a month now and I think I really should try to figure out essential information like: How am I gonna get to the airport, how much money am I gonna change into pounds, what am I gonna take with me, and most importantly where is my umbrella?
  • I also wanted to blog more during the month of August (or my holidays in general) and that I can truly say I did. There's four additional posts up this month in total and I will try and keep it up in September as well

MY SEPTEMBER GOALS:

1) Start with a little bit of uni work to slowly get back into the swing of things

2) Go shopping for Autumn/Winter without buying any unnecessary items. I just cleared out my wardrobe last week and I really wanna keep it neat and tidy and only really buy items of clothing that I need after my clear out to have a sort-of-but-not-really capsule wardrobe

3) Keep the blog posts coming - September will be an exciting month but more on that in a post coming your way on Sunday

4) Get your bake on! Watching The Great British Bake Off always makes me wanna go into the kitchen straight away and create an amazingly tasty and superbly decorated cake. But as my baking is super chaotic I will probably never hear Mary Berry call my creations "scrumptious". However practise makes perfect, so practise I will!

So that's it for this month's goals. What's on your lists for September?

Love,
