I finally got round to making my own shakshuka for a lovely lazy weekend brunch at mine a couple weeks ago. And it turned out quite well if I do say so myself. I found a easy-to-follow recipe in one of my favourite cook books Ottolenghi's Jerusalem and I kind of adapted it to what I had at the house and what I fancied adding in and thought I'd share the result with you guys today! It's super easy and doesn't require a big grocery shop or anything. But enough, let's get to it.
