NEW IN WoodWick Evening Bonfire Scented Candle

Recently I missed my train home from uni by about 2 minutes which meant I had some time to kill at the station. Obviously I went straight to the book shop but instead of leaving with a new book I bought the most awesome scented candle ever!! (My mum would disagree with me on that - but beauty is in the eye of the beholder right?)

It's this pretty number from WoodWick. It's from their ESCAPE range and the scent is called 'Evening Bonfire' which is very fitting I find. I am not very good at describing scents so I'm just gonna let you know how the brand describes the fragrance: "The inviting scent of warm woods brings forth memories of cool nights around a smoldering fire with your dearest friends." and I think it really does smell rather woody and soothing. However if you are not massively into strong scents you might agree with my mum and not like this one very much as it does have quite an intense fragrance that fills the room in the matter of a few minutes.

What I also really like about this candle is the cackling sound it makes, just like you actually got the fire lit and the flame has this nice flickering as well which all in all I just find veeery comforting and extremely cosy! The funky little wick is made from organic wood which creates that soothing sound of a cackling fire. The candle itself is made from soy wax which increases the burn time of it to 100 hours (for the medium sized one I got)

Yup as you can see I really enjoy burning this one at the moment and will come back to the WoodWick stand at the bookshop to see if I like any of the other fragrances in the range.
